Mayor Mayson Foster of Hammond and Mayor Robert Zabbia of Ponchatoula sign a declaration declaring
the week of April 3rd through the 7th as the official Celebration of the Week of the Young Child. Dr.
Moffett, President of SLU was also in attendance because SLU partners and collaborates with Regina
Coeli to provide services to children, giving SLU students priority on the waiting list.
