All RCCDC programs work together to make sure our Head Start and Early Head Start programs
meet federal requirements for program operations and the health, safety, and education of children.
If you have a complaint be sure to speak with the Center Director and inform him/her of your concerns.
If your issue has not been resolved or if you suspect that a program is in violation of the standards or
is misusing federal funds, submit a complaint to the Program Coordinator through our Executive
Director, Susan Spring
